MAKE ROOM FOR WHAT MATTERS
A goal needs a place
in your week.
“Work out three times” is a goal. Three reviewed openings in your calendar are a plan. LifeLookout helps you find room around your commitments, with you in charge of every change.

Start with one realistic goal
Give your goal a name, choose one to seven sessions this week, and set a duration from 15 to 180 minutes. You might choose “Read” three times for 30 minutes, or “Walk” four times for 20 minutes. Saving a goal alone does not add events.
Tell the planner what fits your day
Set your earliest start, latest finish, preferred focus period and whether weekends are available. You can optionally check in with low, steady or high energy. This uses your own preferences, not wearable or biometric data.
Review the openings
Choose Find time this week. LifeLookout looks around the events visible in your calendar and proposes slots for your goals. If you choose time buffers, it can suggest breathing room before commitments. These are preference-based buffers, not live traffic estimates.
Approve the changes you want
Select the proposed slots and approve them. Essential and Plus allow one planning change per confirmation; Premium lets you review up to seven together. Other fixed commitments are left alone. The planner never declines an invitation or reschedules your Outlook meetings.
A missed slot does not have to end the goal
Find times again to review replacement openings for missed sessions. On a low-energy day, the planner can propose moving its own flexible goal slots. Slots with active reminders are left for manual review. Nothing moves until you approve.
Use records rather than guesses
Mark the associated tasks complete to record your activity. Your monthly view shows recorded actions. LifeLookout does not invent hours saved, money saved or biometric improvements.
